Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your debit/credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, are typically delivered in 3-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Check your bank/credit card account to ensure that your account has been debited. If your account is debited but the transaction has failed then the money is normally credited back to the account within 7 business days.

If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track the status of your order on the website.

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. In case of an event which delays your order, you would receive an update from us.

If the order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and let us know as well. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.

For prepaid orders, please contact us at care@jholar.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. Refund will be processed through the same payment mode within 10-12 business days.
